When Radio Shack needed to upgrade several thousand locations, they relied on us to complete these stores in record time. Once started, these projects needed to be completed within 72 hours in order for the stores to reopen for business on Monday morning by 10:00am.
The critical component to accomplish this effort was our ability to pre-order and stage all the necessary materials, tools and resources prior to each site visit. Our precise planning with regard to the overall logistics of the roll-out schedule was also key. Material needed to be organized and staged to hit each location at the right time and place in order for all this to work out according to plan. Fortunately, we were successful and Radio Shack experienced no disruption in business. The key take-a-ways from this experience was the importance of constant communication with customers and employee’s. We admit, this was an intense effort and the dedication our employee’s displayed was impressive.
